Titanic Belfast: Tickets, Time and What You See
Updated October 22, 2026 · 5 min read
Titanic Belfast is the most-reviewed listing for Belfast on GetYourGuide: the Titanic Experience with SS Nomadic is rated 4.7 from 8,777 reviews and costs €32.14. It tells the story of the liner on the site where she was built, and the ticket includes the tender ship SS Nomadic.
What the museum charges itself
Titanic Belfast lists these prices on its own site: adult £24.95, child 5 to 15 £11, under 5 free, family pass (two adults and two children) £62. SS Nomadic is included. The GetYourGuide ticket is priced in euros, so compare the two at the day’s exchange rate before choosing, and check the booking page for the cancellation terms.
What you see
The visit goes through the conception of the ship, the shipyard, the launch and the maiden voyage in a series of galleries; the GetYourGuide listing mentions 10 of them. The official site also offers a Discovery Tour outdoors, covering the historic slipways and SS Nomadic. Multimedia guides cost £5 and are offered in several languages. There is a café and a shop in the building.
The museum states that its circulation spaces are fully accessible and that it has support aids for visitors with autism. If you need something specific, ask before you travel.
Time and timing
Entry is by timed slot. Opening hours change with the season; one tourist-information listing gives 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from October to March, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in spring and September, and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm from June to August. Last admission is about an hour and forty minutes before closing, and the building is closed on 24, 25 and 26 December. Check the museum’s page for the day you are going.
Plan the visit as a morning or an afternoon on its own. The official site has an itinerary planner that estimates the time for the parts you pick. It is in the Titanic Quarter, a short walk from the city centre.
Combined tickets: do they pay off?
| Option | Includes | Price | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titanic Experience with SS Nomadic | Museum and SS Nomadic | €32.14 | 4.7, 8,777 reviews |
| Hop-on hop-off bus with Titanic entry | One-day bus ticket, entry at Stop 5 | €52.47 | 4.5, 439 reviews |
| Giant’s Causeway tour with Titanic exhibition entry | Day trip plus museum, Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle | €71.54 | 4.8, 369 reviews |
Prices are per person. The bus combination makes sense only if you will also use the bus: its plain one-day price is not shown, and the €52.47 is about 60 % more than the museum ticket on its own. The Causeway combination saves you buying two separate tickets, but it is an 8-hour day, so the museum is a slice of it, not the centre. Our bus comparison covers the plain bus tickets.
Who should skip it
If a museum of ship-building and a disaster does not appeal, there is no need to go; the building is striking from outside. Families should look at the child and family prices above. Compare with Titanic Belfast tickets and tours for what else is on offer.
Our pick
Book the Titanic Experience with SS Nomadic for a day when you have no other plans, after checking the museum’s own price. Skip the combination tickets unless you want exactly what they bundle.
